Many browsers have quick keyboard shortcuts for clearing cache by holding down the control, shift, and delete keys at the same time. If that doesn't work, there are other ways to clear your cache depending on the browser and device you're using.


Google Chrome

Computer

  1. Open Chrome and click the More option with the three dots.
  2. Click More tools and then select Clear browsing data.
  3. Choose All time to delete everything or choose a specific time range.
  4. Click Clear data.

Mobile

  1. Open the Chrome app and tap the More option with the three dots.
  2. Tap History and then tap Clear browsing data.
  3. Depending on your mobile device, select the desired time range and make sure cookies and site data and cached images and files options are checked.
  4. Tap Clear data.


Microsoft Edge

Computer

  1. Open Edge and click the three dots icon in the top right corner.
  2. Click Settings and then select Choose what to clear under the Clear browsing data section.
  3. Check off what you want to clear and click Clear. Make sure to at least check off these options: browsing history, cookies and saved website data, cached data and files, and download history.


Mozilla Firefox

Computer

  1. Click the menu button with three lines in the top right corner.
  2. Click Privacy and Security.
  3. In the Cache Web Content section, click Clear Now.


Internet Explorer

Computer

  1. Click the gear icon in the top right corner.
  2. Click Safety and then select Delete Browsing History.
  3. Select the Temporary Internet Files and Website Files option.
  4. Click Delete.


Safari

Mac Computer

  1. Click Safari and then select Preferences.
  2. Click Privacy and then Remove All Website Data.
  3. Select Remove Now.

Windows Computer

  1. Click the gear icon in the top right corner and then select Reset Safari.
  2. Check the Empty the cache option.
  3. Click Reset.

Mobile (iPhone)

  1. Tap Settings and then tap Safari.
  2. Tap Clear History and Website Data.

If you want to just delete the website data on your iPhone's Safari but keep your history, follow these steps:

  1. Tap Settings and then tap Safari.
  2. Tap Advanced and then tap Website Data.
  3. Lastly, tap Remove All Website Data.
