Typically this means the Microsoft local service has stopped and needs to be started again. On the main Tribute Center computer, click on the Search bar next to the Windows button (Usually found in the lower left side of the Windows desktop), and type in the word "Services." You should see Services show up in the results, saying "View Local Services." Click that and wait for a smaller pop-up window to load. In the pop-up Window, scroll down to until you find "SQL Server (TRIBUTE)." Click it once, and then right click on it. Choose "Start" and wait for it to start the service. If "Start" is grayed out and you can't click it, choose "Restart." Let it Start or Restart the service and once it has completed, try to open Tribute Center again.
